Fernando Hernandez

Fernando has been selling homes in Houston since 2004. He began his career exclusively selling new construction and has retained knowledge of most of the builders in the greater Houston area. His experience with newly constructed homes gives him the advantage of staying current on new trends and specifications.

Originally from Monterrey N.L. Mexico, Fernando’s clientele consists of people from many cultures, but primarily English and Spanish. In addition to bilingual skills, Fernando possesses an undergraduate degree in engineering and a master’s degree in business and marketing. This depth of knowledge helps Fernando excel in real estate which requires attention to detail, strategic thinking and creativity.

Fernando enjoys all facets of the home buying and selling process. “My business begins with a passion for my work and a deep respect for my customers and clients,” he says. “I am very sympathetic to my clients’ needs, extremely patient, and very energetic. I deliver results!”

Fernando and his wife, Jennifer, live in west Houston and have two sons, Diego & Pablo. Jennifer has been involved in real estate since 1995 as a mortgage consultant. Their combined knowledge makes them a strong team and ensures many interesting debates after hours.

Fernando’s personal interests include all kind of sports and anything outdoors. He has recently become interested in triathlons and is dedicated to his training. Fernando also remains active in the Monterrey TEC alumni association.
